Millennium Ultra Rare (ミレニアムウルトラレア Mireniamu Urutota Rea) is a rarity introduced with the Japanese release of Millennium Pack.

It's a Japanese exclusive rarity.

The cards are similar to Ultra Rares (gold card name and a holofoil image), but also have a Millennium Rare coating.
